Privacy Policy

SimFaceMD is operated by Clinique Face MD (Montr\u00e9al, Qu\u00e9bec). The simulation itself is anonymous. To unlock your full result and receive a follow-up, we ask for your first name, email, and phone number \u2014 either through Google sign-in or a short form. That is the only personal information we collect, and we use it only to deliver your result and contact you about your consultation.

Photos you upload. Your photo is sent to our AI image-processing partner (fal.ai) to generate the simulated result, then discarded. We do not store your photos on our servers.

Identity at unlock time. To reveal your full result, you either sign in with Google (we receive your name and verified email) or fill in the short form (first name, email, phone number). We store this together with the procedure you simulated, the date and time, and an approximate city/region/country derived from your IP. This is our \u201Cidentified lead\u201D record.

Anonymous usage events. Independently of the unlock, we also record anonymous events (simulation completed, clinic shown, share clicked, book clicked) tied only to a random per-tab session ID. No name, email, or phone number is attached to these.

Optional precise location. If you tap \u201CUse my location\u201D we ask your browser for GPS coordinates so we can recommend the closest clinic. You can decline; the app works either way.

• Your IP address (used at request time, never stored)
• Persistent advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels
• Any health information or medical history
• Government IDs, payment cards, or biometric templates

To improve the service, measure traffic, and \u2014 where applicable \u2014 bill partner aesthetic clinics for referral leads we send them. This is standard \u201Clegitimate business interest\u201D processing under Qu\u00e9bec\u2019s Loi 25 and Canada\u2019s PIPEDA.

Vercel \u2014 hosting and database provider, located in North America.

Partner clinics \u2014 we may share aggregate or per-lead counts (with city, procedure, and timestamp) for billing. We do NOT share your photo or any personal identifier.

We do not sell data to anyone, ever.

Anonymous event data is retained for up to 24 months for historical reporting, then deleted. Photos are not retained at all; they exist only in transit during the simulation request.

Under Qu\u00e9bec\u2019s Loi 25 you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information held about you. Because we don\u2019t collect personal identifiers, we typically cannot tie any stored event back to a specific person.
